HOW TO PARTICIPATE

It is best to Submit your Application in advance of the parade so that we have an idea of who is participating, and we have your float's story before the parade. 

Our MC will read out your details as you approach the Review Stand, where you will have a few minutes to perform, demonstrate your skills, or give your narrative for the Review Stand Patrons. 

TELL US ABOUT YOU!

  • Tell us about your entry & how it relates to the theme, if possible
  • Tell us something interesting about your group/business/organisation that people will find interesting
  • Tell us how to get involved with your group / attend your event / find your business

HOW TO SEND YOUR INFO: 

  • Email info@stpatricksdaytullamore.com (before 17th March)
  • On the Day: Arrive early to the Assembly Point in the Bridge Centre car park and give your details to the MC / Steward befpre you reach the Review Stand, if possible. If not, you can hand them your information when you reach the Review Stand. 

Assembly Meeting Point: 

10:30am - Bridge Centre Car Park for Assembly and allocation of float order

11:30am - Parade Starts from Bridge Centre Car Park towards High Street

Route: (A) Bridge Centre Car Park - High Street - William Street - Review Stand - William Street - Kilbeggan Bridge - (B) Tullamore GAA Centre 

Join in the Parade this year, and be part of something special.

There are Parade Awards for the best floats on the day - which will be chosen on the day by a panel of Judges.
Please make sure to have your details submitted so that we can contact you in the case that you win an award. 

These prizes and awards will be presented at a gala Presentation Night a few weeks after the Parade. 

Please co-operate with personnel, the Gardai and our Stewards at the Parade.

The Parade Committee has Public Liability Insurance and all organisations should ensure that they have adequate insurance cover.

All Community entries / non-profit entries do not carry an entry fee.
