Arrival Guide

BEFORE FOR THE PARADE:

• The Official Meeting Point for Community, non-Commercial Parade Entries is the Bridge Shopping Centre Car Park; we are asking groups to be there between 10.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. so that we are ready to start at 11.30 a.m.
• All Business Entries / Non Decorated Floats will assemble at Kilcruttin, opposite the Railway Station. 
• The Parade starts at 11.30 a.m. sharp. on Sunday 17th March in Tullamore.
• Non-Commercial Floats assembly is the Car Park of the Bridge Centre Shopping Centre;
• Please Submit your Entry Details before the parade
• Please note the different starting points for community, non-commercial entries, large vehicle floats and business entries. 
• If a group has a large vehicle / float as part of their entry, please inform us before the parade if you have any special requirements for your float, eg. a particularly large float/entry, any floats using fire or any dangerous materials
• Please don't dispose of any litter in the car park
• The Parade Committee members and Parade Stewards will be on hand to direct you into position with your float. 

DURING THE PARADE: 

• The route is High Street, Bridge Street, Colmcille Street, over the Kilbeggan Bridge and onto Arden Road.
• Sweets can be handed out, but not thrown
• No promotional fliers or paper to be handed out.

AFTER THE PARADE: 

• Floats should continue over the Kilbeggan Bridge, and finish at the Tullamore GAA Centre.
• Please note that groups are not allowed to drop out before the GAA Centre on Arden Road for health and safety reasons; please do not drop out before or immediately after the Kilbeggan Bridge.
